When you step into an Anokha Estates home, you see light, space, and detail. What you don’t always see are the people who make it possible. This series is about them — and we begin with Erin Anderson, who wears more hats than we can count and somehow makes it look so easy.

Erin joined us last September as Sales Manager for Anokha Sands. Fast-forward a year, and she’s now also the Client Relations & Business Integration Manager for Anokha Estates.

Sounds like a mouthful? It is. But that’s Erin — part client guide, part problem-solver, part “sure, I’ll handle it” person who somehow also helps coordinate construction at one of our upcoming projects, Coco Baía.

Her favourite memories here? Not the big launches or milestone days, but the small moments: eating, laughing, and bonding as a team.

Her favourite tool at work? Music. She says without it, she’s “like a distracted pigeon.”

Her favourite place? Home. Always home. Erin’s a self-confessed homebody; she’ll happily leave a party early just to be back in her comfort zone. This might explain why she fits right into a company obsessed with creating homes people never want to leave.
