This time, we’re spotlighting Lioshka, who has been with us since March 2025 as our Screening Manager, and often the very first voice you’ll hear at Anokha Estates.

On paper, her role sounds administrative. In reality, it’s far more intuitive. “Sometimes you just know when a person and a home are the right match,” she says. At its heart, her work is about choosing the right people to belong in our homes.

Her favourite memory with us so far isn’t a big launch day, but something far simpler — a day when everything moved at her pace. No rushing. No waiting. Just a natural flow.

Ask her what home means, and she’ll say, “The one place where even silence feels comfortable.” That philosophy also shapes how she works — grounded, calm, and attuned to finding her own flow.

Outside the office, her days are unhurried: tea to start the morning, time with friends, a good show, or wandering without a plan.

What excites her most about our projects is exactly what she values in life: harmony. Peace when you want it, and energy when you seek it.
