When Afzal joined us in April 2024, it was through Anokha Sands, our villa rental management arm.

Today, he’s the operations manager who not only oversees Anokha Sands but also coordinates the work at our project, Coco Baìa.

He’s the steady support system who keeps things moving. Ask anybody on our team, and they’ll tell you how he makes even the toughest days look easy!

If you ask Afzal what he enjoys most, he won’t talk about big milestones. He’ll tell you about the small ritual that grounds his days — sitting at the little tea stall opposite Coco Baìa with his team, trading stories and laughs before heading back into the fray. Those are the moments that remind him why he does this work.

With 8 years in hospitality behind him, Afzal saw Anokha Estates as the place where he could stretch himself into something new — a mix of hospitality, construction, and challenge.

What excites him now is our upcoming project Q Vagator, not just because it’s close to his home, but because he can already picture the life people will build there — the views, the community, even the peacocks that wander by if you’re lucky. These are the little details that, for him, capture what makes our homes unique.
