Most people think accounting is just about numbers. At Anokha Estates, it’s much more. Vishnu’s precision is what gives our projects their financial foundation, making it possible for the creative teams to bring their visions to life. As he puts it simply, “I make sure all the money is counted and used in the right way, so that the houses we build can be completed beautifully and without any problems.”

For him, the proudest moments aren’t just balance sheets closed or accounts reconciled, but seeing buyers walk into their new homes for the first time. As Vishnu says, “That’s when I feel proud that even my behind-the-scenes work contributes to making dreams come true.”
